Biological soil conditioner activated by Bacillus vallismortis
The microbe is derived from hot-pepper rhizospheres. EXTN benefits the plant in two ways viz. through Inducing Systemic Resistance (ISR) and Plant Growth-Promoting (PGP). Main agronomical benefits include triggering plant growth defence mechanisms without growth-inhibition and protecting plants from viral infections such as cucumber green mottle mosaic virus and tobacco mosaic virus. It is more effective under physiological disorders and stress conditions e.g. cool temperature.
